Add Website Checkout Field to Easy Digital Downloads

We use Easy Digital Downloads for selling our digital plugins online.

We wanted to add a website field to our checkout page so that we could get a better idea of where our customers were using our plugins. EDD has some of best plugin documentation out there so it was easy to create a quick plugin.

Here it is if you face the same problem:
